The role involves acquiring new customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products through direct sales activities, client meetings, and local market outreach.This is a field sales role ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities
    • Acquire new Current and Savings Account customers through field visits and direct sales.
    • Generate leads from open market, referrals, and local business networks.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Explain banking products and services to prospective customers.
    • Achieve monthly sales and account opening targets.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
    • Maintain daily activity reports and sales updates.
    Candidate Requirements
    • Graduate in any discipline.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Interest in sales and customer interaction.
    • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
    • Local market knowledge of Ahmedabad preferred.
    • Freshers with strong sales aptitude can also apply.
