Job Description

    Job Title: Center ManagerLocation: Pune, MaharashtraJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Center Manager to oversee the operations, administration, and growth of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing staff, achieving business targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Operations Management:
    1. Ensure seamless daily operations of the center.
    2. Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    3. Monitor and maintain facility upkeep, inventory, and resource allocation.
    Team Leadership:
    1. Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of staff members.
    2. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
    3. Organize training and development sessions to enhance team capabilities.
    Customer Service:
    1. Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
    2. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
    3. Maintain a customer-centric culture at the center.
    Business Development & Revenue Generation:
    1. Meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets for the center.
    2. Identify and implement initiatives to increase customer footfall and engagement.
    3. Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities and campaigns.
    Reporting & Compliance:
    1. Monitor and analyze center performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.
    2. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
    3. Manage budgets, billing, and financial reconciliations for the center.
    Key Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • 2 years of proven experience as a Center Manager, Branch Manager, or similar role.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Knowledge of local markets and customer preferences in Pune.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving business targets.
