Job Description

    Job Title: CHANNEL SALES MANAGER - PUNEKey Responsibilities:
    • Account Development: Actively seek and secure 3-in-1 accounts (savings/salary, trading, and demat) within the Pune area, collaborating closely with the Bank team to meet acquisition targets.
    • Customer Needs Evaluation: Assess and understand customer requirements to recommend and sell appropriate financial products that align with their goals.
    • Exceptional Service Delivery: Provide top-notch service by offering comprehensive product support and after-sales assistance. Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively, coordinating with the Bank team as needed.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations by carefully verifying customer documentation and maintaining compliance with all relevant standards.
