Job Description

    • Key Responsibilities:

    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team as required.
    • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
    • Stay up to date on company products, services, policies, and procedures.
    • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and share insights.
      • Analyze customer concerns and troubleshoot problems effectively.
      • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary while maintaining ownership until resolution.
      • Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all interactions.
      • Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive experience during each conversation.
      • Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
