The candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth operations, quality assurance, and collaboration among project teams.Key Responsibilities Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget estimates to ensure efficient execution and completion of real estate projects. Site Management: Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed and project milestones are met according to schedule. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and industry standards. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to address project requirements, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery. Resource Management: Manage construction materials, equipment, and labor, optimizing resource use to enhance project efficiency and reduce waste. Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Civil 3DKey Requirements Experience: 5-9 years of experience in civil engineering within the real estate or construction sector. Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
