Project Planning and Coordination:- Develop detailed project plans and schedules.- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.2. Site Management:- Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site.- Manage subcontractors and construction teams to ensure efficient and safe work practices.- Implement and enforce safety protocols.3. Quality Control:- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality issues promptly.- Implement corrective actions to maintain project quality standards.4. Budget and Cost Control:- Monitor project expenditures and maintain strict adherence to the budget.- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety.- Provide regular cost reports to project stakeholders.5. Documentation and Reporting:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.- Generate progress reports and communicate project status to the project manager and other stakeholders.- Prepare as-built drawings and documentation upon project completion.
