Job Description

The Client Account Executive (CAE) will manage the business relationships for a portfolio of assigned clients with the goal of serving as an adviser and consultant. The CAE is responsible for helping the client fully leverage FIGMD technology and resources to achieve administrative efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities Develop an in-depth understanding of client business practices. Act as an advocate for the client by communicating their business needs and priorities. Apply analytical skills to provide meaningful data to clients. Responsible for all client communications. Conducting meetings with key members of assigned client organizations. Promoting positive relationships with assigned registry clients focused on maintaining high overall customer satisfaction and maximum utilization of FIGMD technology and processes. Experience & Job Requirements 0 - 5 of experience in BPO/ KPO/ HealthCare/ Technical support process Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to learn new technology or processes quickly is a plus. Must be able communicate effectively both written and verbally. Need strong ability to prioritize work effectively ability to multitask and meet deadlines Must be proficient with MS Office, MS Windows, and other business-related computer skills.
