• Experience:Minimum 5 -10 years in the Life Insurance industry
• Team Handling:At least 2 -3 years managing FLS managers
• Background:Preferably from an Agency or Direct channel
• Location:Candidate must have resided in the same city for the past 23 years
• Preference:Former employees of Max Life Insurance (MLI) will be given priority

• CTC:14 LPA
• Age:30 40 years
• Open Locations:Mumbai (Prabhadevi, Malad, Borivalli, Andheri West), New Delhi & Pune, Lucknow
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive Input behaviors with the assigned team of ADRMs and Advisors. Drive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team of ADRMs and advisors. Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently Maintain and improve the Sales Quality Standards by maintaining the Persistency standards. Training and Development of the team of ADRMs, advisors for new product launches / revision in the existing policies. Drive advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets. Work with other functions / departments and work towards solving roadblocks faced by team of ADRMs and advisors.
