    Position - Cluster Manager - IDFC First Bank (Bancassurance)Qualification - Any GraduateMax. Age - 38 YearsExperience - 8 year To 10 Years,Should have team management experience of 3 to 4 yearsPreferred Industry - Insurance SalesSalary - 8.0 To 12 LPA Incentives & Petrol Allowance-Role Summary:
    • Liase with Banks Regional officers and Zonal Officers and ensure alignment on Life Insurance Business
    • Visit zones and regions - interact with Zonal Officers, Cluster Officers and Bank branch managers
    • Guide and support team to ensure achievement of targets
    • Interact with customers to explain the products and solutions
    • Ensure activation, persistency & productivity is maintained.
    • Ensure quality of recruits hired in the team
    • Maintain & drive compliance at the zone
