Job Description

    As a Learning Communications Specialist and Learning Data Analyst at Birlasoft, you will play a crucial role in enhancing internal communication related to learning programs and analyzing learning data. Your impeccable written and verbal English language skills will be put to the test as you develop intranet articles, meeting presentations, and posters to market learning programs. Your ability to craft impactful messages will be key in engaging and informing employees effectively.Your role will also require basic data analysis skills, including proficiency in vLookUp, Pivot tables, and other relevant tools. With 6 to 7 years of experience in learning/internal communications and 4 to 5 years in basic data analysis, you will have the expertise needed to excel in this position.Key Responsibilities:- Develop internal communications such as presentations, intranet articles, and learning program posters- Analyze learning data to derive insights and make informed decisions- Perform learning administration tasks, including setting up classes on the Saba LMS and addressing learning-related queries from employeesYour work will directly impact teams across the IT department, and with the guidance of IT Communications and IT L&D leadership, you will contribute to the overall success of learning programs within the organization.
