Job Description

Job Title: L & D Executive Location: Senapati Bapat Road, PuneJob Responsibilities -Event Management: * Coordinate all logistics for training sessions and events. * Send out mailers and reminders for upcoming events. * Attend training sessions and events as required.Meeting Coordination: * Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings. * Record and circulate minutes of meetings. * Ensure meetings follow the agenda.Client Relationship Management: * Provide concept clarity and ensure implementation at the clients end. * Continuously communicate with clients and engage them. * Manage the online platform for client engagement. * Maintain all financial and event records for clients.Research & Development: * Conduct primary or secondary research as needed. * Create relevant PowerPoint presentations. * Write articles as necessary to support training materials.Skills Required - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously. Strong research skills, including primary and secondary research. Experience in event management and logistics coordination. Client relationship management skills. Empathy and application orientation. Ability to listen actively and provide guidance effectivelyAdditional Responsibilities - Work with the ChiefCoach to understand program deliverables and processes Assist entrepreneurs from the MSME sector in implementing classroom learning within their organizations. Facilitate entrepreneurs to complete tasks assigned during the training. Guide entrepreneurs during training sessions and document discussions and success stories.Preferred Background - . Familiarity with the MSME sector would be advantageous.Additional Information - This role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Temperamental stability and a calm demeanor are essential for success in this position. Candidates with a learning mindset and a passion for helping entrepreneurs grow will excel in this role.
