Job Description

    As a consultant within the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) at our Bangalore office, you will have the following key duties and responsibilities:- Carrying out complex activities with significant financial, client, and internal business impact- Direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management- Serving as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees- Managing daily operational activities and supervising the work of other team members- Demonstrating technical expertise in your area and having broad knowledge of other related areas- Delivering high-quality work products with minimal need for revision- Facilitating discussions and decision-making processes effectivelyIn terms of knowledge, you are expected to be technically sound in your area of expertise and have broader knowledge in other areas. Additionally, you should have excellent oral and written communication skills, along with in-depth functional/industry knowledge related to tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Msft PowerBI, Clarity PPM, and MS Visio. Being highly flexible and adaptable to change is crucial for success in this role.Experience-wise, we are looking for candidates with at least 24 months of experience as a Technical Coordinator or Associate Consultant.
