Job Description

    As a Business Development Executive at My Equation, you will play a crucial role in identifying and targeting potential leads through various channels. Your responsibilities will include:- Developing strategies to engage and capture the interest of prospective clients.- Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize lead-generation campaigns.- Crafting compelling and personalized pitches for direct-to-consumer interactions.- Conducting outbound calls to nurture leads and convert them into valuable opportunities.- Learning and implementing effective communication techniques for successful conversions.- Building and maintaining relationships with both B2C and B2B clients.- Identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnership to enhance business growth.- Developing and executing strategies for collaboration with engineering colleges across India.- Establishing and strengthening partnerships with academic institutions for mutual benefit.- Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.- Analyzing competitor activities and industry benchmarks to inform business development strategies.This is a work-from-office role in Pune with Monday to Saturday (12 pm - 9 pm work timings). The CTC will be 5- 6LPA (with 3-3.6 LPA fixed and the remaining milestones based).The team at My Equation is a tightly knit group of passionate individuals with a shared objective of achieving consistently excellent results while also enjoying the process.
