• Location: Oman
• Salary: OMR 800 - OMR 1200
• Duty Hours: 8 hours daily
• Benefits: Company-provided food, accommodation, and transportation
• Employment Type: Long-term project
Cost Estimation Engineer:
• Review tender documents, drawings, and BOQs.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates (materials, labour, equipment, subcontractors).
• Conduct site visits to assess project scope.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
• Prepare rate analysis and cost breakdown sheets.
• Evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and project risks.
• Assist in bid submissions and clarification meetings.
• Maintain cost database and historical records.
