Job Description

    CRM ExecutiveResponsibilities:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact to foster and strengthen client relationships.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and share timely updates on projects.
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
    • Update and maintain accurate customer data in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

    • Implement engagement initiatives to drive customer retention and loyalty.

    Qualification:
    • Graduate in any field.
    • Proven experience in CRM inReal Estate.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
