Sending proposal to prospect clients and follow-up accordingly. Keeping existing and prospect customers updated on the latest activities and positive things of ourorganisation to increase sales. Responsible for identifying the qualified leads (Hot and cold leads) and converted into the Revenue MIS Report and presentation of monthly & quarterly targets. Daily reports of day-to-day activities. Share monthly client feedback report and resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently by alignwith operation team. Multilevel strategic plan for Pan India Building and maintaining profitable relationships with existing and prospect customers by continuouslysupporting solutions to meet their objectives. Serve the link of communication between key customers and internal team. Prepared regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key accounts metrics.
