Job Description

We are looking for a determined and passionate Customer Sales Support manager at Pune location. As a key member of the sales team, you will build a close relationship with our customers in dealing with technical sales enquiries, producing accurate and competitive quotes and being able to source solutions to meet our customer s needs.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Customer Sales Support Engineer in Our India Sales team of service division responsible in providing prompt response to customer within the assigned area/region by efficient handling of request for quote (RFQ) to submission of offer to customers. including complex quotations and technical support.
  • Person shall be focused on Ensuring efficient quote process., pare parts enquiry handling, timely submission of quotation. An interface between customer and external sales team.
  • Sense of urgency, proactive/prompt response to customer needs
  • Response time is key performance indicator for both transactional and non-transactional quotes.
  • Efficiently communicate with customer, external sales team and/or segments about the status of quotation.
  • Provide direct support to customer during the quotation process with advanced technical support and All commercial clarification support to Sales team regarding quotation and tender process
