Job Description

    As a Customer Support Executive in a blended process at Pune (Viman Nagar), you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries through various channels such as voice, chat, and email, specifically related to travel bookings including flights and hotels. Your primary goal will be to maintain a high standard of service quality by following Agodas customer service guidelines and effectively communicating with customers to ensure a positive and helpful interaction.Ideal candidates for this role are individuals with good communication skills, both written and verbal, and can work in rotational shifts (9 hours each) with two rotational offs per week. Whether you are a fresher or have prior experience, as long as you possess a 12th/Graduate/Postgraduate qualification and are looking for immediate placement, you are encouraged to apply for this position.In this position, you will join a reputable MNC team in Pune, specifically for the Indigo Airline Process. The job location will be in Viman Nagar. The salary range for this role is between 13,000 to 13,500 take-home with a 15k CTC allowance. Additional benefits include one-way cab facility and night shift allowances.To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable with 9-hour rotational shifts, no planned leaves for the first 30 days, and be ready to join immediately.
