Job Description

    * An Exciting Opportunity for talented working professionals ** Eligibility Criteria :-- Graduation is Mandatory- Minimum 1 year experience on paper into International Voice/Chat Process (B2B experience NOT allowed)- Fluent/Excellent Communications Skills Required- Candidate should be well-versed with Versant, Aptitude, AMCAT, VNA tests of written communication- Candidate should be we aware of KPIs & KRAs and should be able to explain them during interview interaction- Should be flexible to work in Rotational Shifts (including Night shifts) & Week Offs- Candidate should be ready to Work From Officeonly- No Gaps for more than 6 months in the last 2 years of employment- Need immediate joinersOnly- Candidate should have all the documents of previous experience records* CTC Offered:> 5.30 LPA to 5.50 LPA (40k to 42k in-hand)* Important Notes:- Any prior chat experience with excellent comms would be a PLUS- Transport is provided ONLY within the transport boundaries from Magarpatta, Pune location (Candidates who are willing to relocate as per transport boundaries limits, can also Apply)- Age limit: Max 35 years* We request, if you are meeting all of the above requirements and willing to grab this opportunity then we would love to have a conversation with you.
