Job Description

    Position: Customer Support Executive - Voice ProcessLocation: PuneSalary: 1.0 LPA - 3.0 LPARequired Skills: Excellent communication, confidence, and convincing abilities. Qualifications: 12th pass for fresher/experience or Any Graduate for Freshers/Experienced. Languages: English and Marathi.Responsibilities:
    • Lead a team of representatives in providing top-notch customer support.
    • Supervise the customer service process and address customer complaints.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient service delivery.
    • Plan training programs and ensure standardization of service delivery.
    • Recruit and onboard new staff.
    • Monitor individual and team performance.
    • Conduct quality assurance surveys, gather customer feedback, and provide insights to the team.
    • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
    • Foster a positive working environment for the team.
