Job Description

    Role Description: A customer service executives role is toidentifies, investigates, and resolves users problems with computer software and hardware.Duties/Responsibilities:Interacting with customers on calls to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.1) Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.2) Manage and resolve customer complaints3) Taking Customer feedbackRequired Skills/Abilities:
    • Complete day shift job, 6 days working.
    • Shift Timings: 9am to 6 pm / 10 am to 7pm / 11 am to 8pm
    • No Transport Facility
