The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing,developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports to support businessintelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a. strong background in datavisualization, analytics, and a solid understanding of Tableau best practices.Responsibilities:1. Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to meetbusiness requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data visualization needs andtranslate them into effective Tableau solutions.2. Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will aid indecision-making processes. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in Tableau visualizations.3. Data Integration: Work closely with data engineers and other teams to integrate data fromvarious sources into Tableau for comprehensive reporting. Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues.4. Performance Optimization: Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and responsiveness. Identify and implement best practices for Tableau development.5. Documentation:Create and maintain documentation for Tableau solutions, including datasources, calculations, and dashboard functionality. Provide training and support to end-users as needed.6. Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand businessrequirements and ensure Tableau solutions align with organizational goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of thebusiness intelligence team.Requirements:1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2. 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Tableau development.3. Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and principles.4. Proficient in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.5. Experience with data modeling and creating Tableau data extracts.6. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred:1.
