Data Integration and Analytics Engineer_Full-Time_PuneJob Title: Data Integration and Analytics EngineerJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: 3 to 5 yearsJob Location: PuneSkills: Qlik CDC (Change Data Capture), Kafka, Snowflake, Power BI, GCP/AzureTechnical specification:-*We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Integration and Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic team. *The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Qlik CDC (Change Data Capture), Kafka streaming, Snowflake Data Warehouse as a Service (DWAAS), Power BI reporting, and cloud platforms (GCP/Azure). *This role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines, real-time data streaming, reporting, and analytics solutions in a cloud environment to deliver business insights at scale.Key Responsibilities:Data Integration & CDC: Design, implement, and manage Change Data Capture (CDC) processes using Qlik CDC or similar technologies. Ensure seamless integration of data from multiple sources into Snowflake and other cloud-based systems. Leverage Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing.Cloud Data Architecture: Work with Snowflake on a Data Warehouse as a Service (DWAAS) platform to manage data pipelines and analytics. Optimize data storage, transformation, and querying within Snowflake to ensure performance and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the data architecture is aligned with the companys cloud strategy (GCP / Azure).Reporting & Analytics: Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders. Implement best practices in data visualization and ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy in reports. Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and provide efficient solutions.Cloud Platforms: Implement and manage data solutions in both Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure. Build and optimize data pipelines, storage, and compute solutions leveraging native cloud services. Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable cloud data architectures.Collaboration & Optimization: Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to design and implement end-to-end data solutions. Continuously monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of data pipelines and reporting solutions. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the capabilities of the team.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 3 years of experience in data integration, analytics, and cloud technologies. Hands-on experience with Qlik CDC (or similar CDC tools). Experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing. Strong expertise in Snowflake and cloud-based data architectures (preferably DWAAS). Proficiency in Power BI reporting and dashboard design. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure and their data services (BigQuery, Data Lake, Azure Synapse, etc.).Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and cloud data warehouses. Expertise in designing and managing ETL/ELT pipelines. Familiarity with data transformation tools and scripting languages (Python, SQL, etc.). Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance within cloud environments.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent communication skills to interact with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions in a timely manner.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Apache Kafka or other real-time data streaming platforms. Cloud certifications (Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, Microsoft Azure Data Engineer). Experience with other BI tools and data visualization platforms.
