Job Description

    Your roleAs a Generalist at UBS, you will utilize your up to 7 years of experience and hands-on data sharing expertise to support the Cyber & Information Security Team. Your role involves ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal policies, supporting information security practices, and demonstrating knowledge of GDPR and other data protection regulations in daily business operations. Additionally, you will maintain stakeholder relationships, manage emails and schedules, support meetings, and handle general administrative duties.Key Responsibilities- Facilitate data sharing requests compliant with GDPR and internal policies.- Support basic information security practices and contribute to security initiatives.- Demonstrate knowledge of GDPR and other data protection/privacy regulations in daily business operations.- Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure clear, timely communication.- Manage emails, schedule and support meetings, and handle general administrative duties.Your expertiseRequired Skills & Qualifications- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.- 2-5 years relevant experience in data sharing, information security, and GDPR.- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.- Experience with email, calendars, and collaboration tools.- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work independently.Good to have- Experience with security audits or compliance projects.- Exposure to regulated industries or data privacy frameworks.- Certifications such as ISO 27001, CompTIA Security, Google Cybersecurity Certificate, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), and the ISACA Cybersecurity Fundamentals Certificate.Personal Attributes- Ethical, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.- Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn.About UsUBS is the worlds largest and the only truly global wealth manager, operating through four business divisions: Global Wealth Management, Personal & Corporate Banking, Asset Management, and the Investment Bank.
