  • Pune
: Create, monitor and track the product strategy, AOP plan, develop and implement special projects & programs
  • Develop detailed product specifications in collaboration with
business, risk, and development teams. Product programs drafting & approvals for launch of new projects/products
  • Manage business reports, dashboards MIS, analytics &
presentation for management review & decision making.
  • Execution and project tracking of IT initiatives on automation for
business re-engineering, system enhancements, digitization etc.
  • Creation of BRD, testing & deployment of all new features,
system enhancements or products w.r.t to DCC & Rural business vertical
  • Ensure compliance to Policies & Processes coordination and all
regulatory matters and other statutory bodies
  • Creation of employee & channel partner incentive policy,
contests, monitoring, tracking & publishing the results with closure of payables as per requirement.
  • Provide comprehensive service for all business needs w.r.t to
Head office deliverables. Extend full support & assistance to field team in driving & achieving the AOP numbers
  • Monthly target setting & employee appraisal
  • Coordinate with legal team for legal cases (DCC unmapped)
  • Work in provision for DCC Cost & Unmapped for P & L.
  • Analyse data & put up for action plan/policy review/updates for
DCC sales & collection at State, Hub, Channel level to enable management decision making
  • DCC Channel Onboarding, Compliance Mgmt, Audit
requirements and highlighting critical and concern areas to mgmt.
  • Support Rural Activities, MIS tracking and coordinating with field
for conversion of logins and Enquiries.Key Skills :
