    Job DescriptionBroad outline of the RoleJob Title: Technical Program ManagerBand : B4-2Seasoned Telecom Technical Program Manager to lead and oversee complex telecommunications projects. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of telecom infrastructure, network deployment, and project management methodologies. The Telecom Technical Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of programs, meeting technical requirements, and aligning with business objectives.Purpose - Broad objective of the roleProgram Planning and Execution:Manage the execution of multiple projects within the program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Experience In Delivering Migration ProjectsMinimum qualification & experience Graduate with 15 years of relevant experience in Migration Large International Operations Management and TransitionOther knowledge/skills Bachelor-s degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a related. field.15 years of experience in Telecom Domain. Strong experience in delivering telecom infrastructure migration/upgrade projects.In-depth knowledge of telecom technologies, networks, and protocols including Routing Switching, Network Security, IP DataStrong project management skills with experience to manage delivery teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.CCIE/CCNP and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications are highly desirable. Extensive experience in operations and project implementation of network technology Customer experience management Understanding of domain and related technologiesKey Responsibilities Program Planning and Execution: Manage the execution of multiple projects within the program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Experience In Delivering Migration Projects Monitor program progress, identifying and addressing issues to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Telecom Infrastructure Management: Collaborate with technical teams to understand and define telecom infrastructure requirements. Oversee the deployment and maintenance of telecom networks, ensuring scalability and reliability. Manage the implementation of new technologies and upgrades to existing telecom systems. Guide team for technical queries. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure the successful delivery of telecom services and products. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality standards for telecom infrastructure projects. Conduct regular reviews of project deliverables to ensure compliance with technical specifications.Technical Competencies Work with testing and quality assurance teams to validate and verify telecom solutions. Lead domain specific operations team to meet the uptime targets. Manage network operations and maintenance, this may include marine cables, network equipments, facility, security operations for all sites and network. Ensure timely identification and fixing of network failures, review repeat issues to ensure permanent remedial actions are taken. Lead and drive operational review meetings with vendors. Develop tactics for improving operation efficiencies while improving service levels, employee retention and operational costs. Provide direction and escalation support to 24/7 NOC team. Manage difficult customer situations; respond promptly to customer needs; respond to requests for service and assistance.
