As part of the SMC organization, this position is responsible for supporting in the developing best-in-class market research function that is counted upon to bring up insights which enable Eaton businesses to grow organically and inorganically. Possesses strong understanding of hydraulics end markets, products and Eaton Hydraulics portfolio and will be a key input provider for strategic plan discussions to support long term business planning. The incumbent must have strong experience on secondary market research tools and methodologies, including a well-developed understanding of business, economic influencers and industry. Builds foresight for respective businesses through reporting & analysis of Internal & External research and enables the business to take informed decisions.
