Job Description

    Urgent Hiring || Design Engineer || PunePosition: Aluminium Formwork Design EngineerExperience : Fresher to 3 yearsCTC:- upto 3.6 lpa (Depend on the interview)Location: Viman Nagar, PuneKey Responsibilities:
    • Developdetailed AutoCAD drawingsrelated toAluminium Formwork, includingmodulation drawings, shell plans, elevations, and MD drawings.
    • Performarea calculationsand generate accurateBOQsfor formwork components and accessories.
    • UtilizeAdvanced Excelfor data analysis, calculations, and reporting.
    • Plan, design, and optimizeAluminium Formwork systemsfor efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    • Ensure all drawings and designs comply with project requirements and standards.
    • Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
    • Coordinate withsite teamsfor seamless installation and execution of Aluminium Formwork systems.
    • Identify and resolvedesign challengesand improve overall project efficiency.
    • Maintaindiscipline in project documentation, revisions, and compliancewith engineering standards.
    • Ensure timely completion and delivery of all design-related tasks.
    Key Skills & Competencies:
    • Proficiency in AutoCADfor Aluminium Formwork design.
    • Strong knowledge ofAluminium Formwork systems and accessories.
    • Expertise inarea calculation and BOQ preparation.
    • Advanced skills inExcelfor project planning and data handling.
    • Ability to createmodulation drawings, shell plans, elevations, and MD drawings.
    • Self-motivatedand capable of working independently.
    • Strongleadership skillsto manage and mentor a junior team.
    • Excellenttime management and project planningabilities.
    • Effective coordination withsite teamsfor execution and issue resolution.
    • High level ofdiscipline, accuracy, and attention to detail.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelors Degreein Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3 years of experiencein Aluminium Formwork Design.
    • Hands-on experience withAutoCAD, Excel (Advanced), and BOQ preparation.
    • Prior experience informwork design, project coordination, and team managementis a plus.
