Job Description

    Urgent hiring for Design Executive - PuneProfile -Design Executive / Manager MechanicalLocation- PuneExperience- 15 yearsCtc- upto 12-24 LpaWorking Days- 6 daysRequirements and Qualifications
    1. BE/BTech - Mechanical.
    2. Experience minimum 15-20 years in design development, and management / SPMs / Sheet-metal and Structural Fabrication field.
    3. Should be able to lead a team for electro-mechanical product design.
    4. Well verse with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE, CREO, Solid Works or other).
    5. Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
    Hands On experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and other simulation tools.
    1. Possesses strong knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Lean Design methodologies to optimize product development and production efficiency.
    2. Expert in Mathematical computing and analytical tools.
    3. Good Creativity and Strong analytical skills.
    Responsibilities
    1. Perform a full cycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement).
    2. Produce outline designs.
    3. Conduct experiments methodically, analyses data and interprets results.
    4. Test and evaluate theoretical designs.
    5. Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems.
    6. Evaluate final products overall performance, reliability and safety.
    7. Alter and modify design with approach of product flexibility keeping in mind quality deliverables and non-compromise product specifications.
    8. Estimate budget and scope of project.
    9. Prepare product reports and documentation
