Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Demonstrate strong business acumen and understanding of the external landscape to drive digital adoption and foster customer-centricity.
    • Champion digital solutions that are deeply integrated with the brands strategic objectives. Inspire and educate teams on the value of digital initiatives.
    • Lead the ongoing operations and strategic development of portals.
    • Partner with the MarketingTeam to execute our digitalstrategy across various channels, including social media, email, mobile, online media, and web. This includes both ongoing daily activities and strategic initiatives.
    • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digitalcontent marketing. This involves setting up content strategies (company-wide and divisional initiatives), providing design input, analyzing campaigns performance, and providing insights to optimize future efforts.
    • Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and technology vendors to launch digitalinitiatives efficiently and successfully.
    • Identify new opportunities to leverage digitalchannels to improve brand awareness and customer engagement
    • Keep the marketingteam informed of emerging digitaltrends and technologies.
    • Monitor and analyze the success metrics of all digitalmarketingprograms across the entire digitalecosystem.
