• Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI Product Sales & Marketing
• Relieving Letter / Resignation Acceptance Mail is mandatory
• Two-wheeler (Bike) is compulsory
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Job Responsibilities:
• This role is part of Life Insurance Direct Sales initiative, specifically catering to customers walking into Life Insurance branches under the Direct Loyalty modelKey Responsibilities Serve walk-in customers at Life branches, assisting them with queries and upselling life insurance products. Generate leads through inbound branch traffic, and follow up to convert. Manage an existing policy portfolioensuring customer satisfaction and persistency through renewed engagement. Execute cross-selling and upselling strategies to deepen customer relationships and meet premium targets. Log all customer interactions in CRM systems and track sales activity. Coordinate with internal teams for lead qualification, policy issuance, and post-sales support
