Job Profile Manage and lead the Freedom Firm team of social workers and counselors to meet all the objectives of Regional Aftercare. Coordinate with the interventions team to provide after care support to the Freedom Firm team & local police on operations to rescue minor girls in prostitution, and providing aftercare and counseling during the rescue operations. Coordinate and travel to the rescued girls villages and homes to provide aftercare and counseling. Closely monitor and supervise the developments of each rescued girls case. Appear before Child Welfare Committees and other related government bodies/ agencies to advocate for the rescued girls. Network and coordinate with NGOs, DWCD, CWC, and monitoring committees. Coordinate access and entry into government remand homes and private aftercare facilities. Liaise with probation officers, superintendents of the homes, and government officials. Assist the legal department in the preparation of witnesses for trial. Ensure timely reporting. Coordinate with the Finance Department for staff advances, expense reporting, reimbursement, compensation and budgeting. Ensure that the staff is well equipped and supported through training and staff care programs. Provide periodic reviews to after care team members. Position Qualifications The successful applicant will have strong credentials, flexibility, self-motivation, impeccable ethical standards, optimistic outlook, and a commitment to justice. Fluent in English and Hindi. Willing to travel. Masters of Social Work or Counseling. Position based in Pune, Allahabad or Nagpur. Position reports to the National Director.
