Job Description

    Job Title: Director of OperationExperience: 10+ Years of relevant experienceWorking Days: Mon- FriWorking time: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PMLocation: Pune - HadapsarJob Summary:The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day operation activities of the company, ensuringthat the operation department is managed and performing efficiently and effectively.Supervisory Responsibilities:Participates in the hiring and training of new requirements.Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of operation department.Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.Handles discipline and Hiring/Termination of employees as needed and in accordance with com-pany policy.Duties/Responsibilities: Coordinate with Design Artists and Supervisors to discuss any project-based or technical issues.Manage Team workloads and cast them on shows based on their strengths.Coordinate with Production/ Development teams to manage them and ensure consistent high quality of work from the department. Establish and advise on priorities for the 2D/3D projects.Ensure department resources are balanced across all projects.Proactively anticipate issues with existing workflow, technology and staffing, and present solu-tions to management with sufficient time for action to be takenPrepare and document workflows and best practices, organizing them to be readily accessible to staff.Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the compa-nys efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.Ensures work environments are adequate and safe.Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to team.Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities: Experience in Studio formation and expansion (comfortable leading 3D/VR teams as well as artists specializing in all areas of 3D)Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Education and Experience:Masters degree in business administration or equivalent courses Extensive and diversified background with at least 10 years of related experience.To apply for the above mandate, please send your updated resume tonamrata@oboxhr.com
