Job Description

    1. E-commercea) Process all portals order as per the mail.b) Proper packing and coding of orders as per portal/delivery partner.c) Bookkeeping all e-commerce Invoices as per the portals and POD.d) Maintain accounting of all e-commerce portals like Invoices, Sales Returns, and GST working on the same day.e) Maintain daily google sheet for inventory, order, invoice, and pickup status.f) Coordinate with the delivery person for shipment pickup and schedule.g) Maintain reorder level of all stock for E-Commerce.h) Prepare kits or products if need for e-commerce.i) Sales return checking and sales return entry in erp on the same day.j) Provide material requests to the production team in every 15 days.2. Samples and Commercial Ordera) Assist with samples and commercial orders packing.
