Job Description

    Role OverviewWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to strengthen our digital presence across social media, online marketplaces, and owned digital channels. The role focuses on driving customer engagement, improving product visibility, and supporting revenue growth through effective content management, marketplace operations, and online merchandising.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management (Instagram)
    • Plan and execute engaging daily content across Reels, Stories, and Feed Posts.
    • Showcase product launches, styling inspiration, customer stories, artisan craftsmanship, and brand highlights.
    • Create and manage a monthly content roadmap aligned with seasonal trends, festive periods, wedding collections, and promotional campaigns.
    • Monitor audience interactions, respond to messages and comments, and help build a strong online community.
    • Track content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement insights.
    Marketplace Operations (Myntra)
    • Manage product catalog updates and ensure accurate product information across the platform.
    • Coordinate new product launches, including image uploads, product descriptions, keyword optimization, and category mapping.
    • Monitor inventory availability and work closely with internal teams to minimize stock shortages.
    • Support participation in Myntra-led campaigns, sales events, and promotional activities.
    • Collaborate with marketplace stakeholders to improve product visibility and sales performance.
    Website & App Merchandising
    • Maintain and refresh homepage banners, featured collections, and category displays.
    • Highlight key assortments such as latest launches, top-selling products, occasion wear, and seasonal edits.
    • Improve customer navigation by organizing collections, tags, filters, and search functionality.
    • Ensure promotional campaigns and marketing creatives are accurately reflected across digital touchpoints.
    • Work towards enhancing product discovery and overall conversion rates.
    Candidate ProfileExperience
    • 12 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketplace Operations, or Social Media Management.
    • Prior exposure to fashion, ethnic wear, lifestyle, apparel, or D2C brands will be an advantage.
    Technical Skills
    • Hands-on experience with Myntra Seller Portal or similar marketplace platforms.
    • Familiarity with Shopify or other website content management systems.
    • Good understanding of Instagram analytics and social media best practices.
    Desired Competencies
    • Strong visual sense and appreciation for fashion and design.
    • Ability to create compelling product and campaign copy.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.
