Job Details Early Talent Program - India, Pune Job Overview JCI is looking for a high-energy and experienced Employee Early Talent Program India Lead which includes Talent Specialist to lead the program governance, Engagement and CommJob Details Early Talent Program - India, Pune Job Overview JCI is looking for a high-energy and experienced Employee Early Talent Program India Lead which includes Talent Specialist to lead the program governance, Engagement and Communication Specialist and employee training programs in support of Early Talent program. This position will work directly with employees on-site and remotely depending on the business requirements. In this role, you will review the employee progress, Individual Development Plan (IDP) of employees, drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE &I) in the program. This role will map out the requirements for individuals from start to finish including managing the design of governance and review of progress and performance of the individuals. As part of this role, you will play an important role to review IDPs and ensure the actions are tracked and completed. you will design the employee engagement needs, map out the requirements for individuals from start to finish including managing the design, development, and deployment of engagement activities and communicate to internal and external group including CFO office and staff. As part of this role, you will play an important role to drive the Site Ambassador Program through several engagement actvities for the employees, engage with University and Colleges to recruit for talented students to provide internship opportunities in JCI. you will design training needs working with Learning and Development team, map out the requirements for individuals from start to finish including managing the design, development, and deployment for the training programs. As part of this role, you will play an important role to select appropriate & effective training methodologies and assess the needs of the organization based on internal & industry best practices. You will also assess & improve existing training material and develop new content to deliver directly to employees leading the training program, and/or with the support of training coordinators. The ideal candidate has experience in driving governance of competitive and talent program including periodic reviews, identify opportunities to develop individuals, review development plans and track actions for completion and achieving results. Responsibilities Execute on Governance, IDP reviews, drive DE & I in the Early Talent program Design and develop dashboards on the governance, employee progress and readiness Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed Execute on Employee Engagement initiatives and communicate to internal stakeholders Design and develop Engagement initiatives in line with Site Ambassador Program for the Centre Communication related to the engagement initiatives and effectiveness need to be sent to the stakeholders including CFO office and staff Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills Keep a progress log for future reference Establish KPIs to measure the success of the program What are we looking for Required 8 to 12 years experience in a global multi-national corporation shared service center or BPO highly desirable having expertise in Talent program initiatives, governance, drive D, E, and I Bachelor or Masters Degree - Finance or Human Resource Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Exceptional listening and analytical skills Solid time management skills Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the company Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel, PowerPoint)
