Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Senior Associate in the Transfer Agency FATCA-CRS Team at Apex Group, you will play a crucial role in providing operational tax support to the firm and its clients. Your primary responsibility will be to process and record all Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and FATCA Tax documentation. You will work closely with clients and relationship managers to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with jurisdictional tax laws.Key Responsibilities:- Act as a tax/information reporting specialist to execute the FATCA, CRS advisory systems- Execute tax information reporting processes for products issued by the business- Migration of work into the centralized hub- Develop Go-To processes and implement appropriate procedures for compliance with Information Reporting & FATCA requirements- Participate in process reengineering & redesign to improve controls, compliance, and efficiency- Support audits with IRS and Internal Audit, special audits- Review, validate, and process IRS forms and self-certification forms along with related documentation according to IRS and FATCA regulations- Support Technology projects from a technical tax perspectiveQualifications Required:- Prior FATCA CRS/Transfer Agency processing experience is required- Bachelors Degree in Commerce is desired- 5-10 years of relevant experienceSkills Required:- Working knowledge of FATCA & CRS and the regulated regulations- Ability to work in coordination with team members for effective service delivery- Understanding of US tax forms such as W9, W8-BEN, W8-IMY, W8-BEN-E, Chapter 3 status, withholding statements, etc.- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially expert Excel and presentation skills- Good written and verbal communication skills- Innovative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple tasks- Flexible to work in any shift as per business needs- Self-management skills including adaptability, resilience, integrity, and relationship building- Motivational skills for achieving results and persistenceCareer with Apex:Joining Apex Group presents a unique opportunity to be part of a large global business with exposure to various aspects of the business and working directly with senior management.,
