Job Description

    Designation: Education Counselor Job Profile:
    • To Provide professional and quality counseling services.
    • Build Strong relationship with the clients with high satisfaction ratio.
    • Organizing free workshops for the clients mapped with them, on weekly basis.
    • To invite (Call) clients for a free workshop, and ensure maximum footfalls.
    • To ensure that conversion ratio is maintained as per company norms.
    • To promote institutional sales activity, actively.
    • To ensure that the queries of clients are addressed in timely manner with possible solutions.
    • To ensure timely payments of full course from the clients.
    • Ensure 100% compliance to company ethical standards and values.
    Expected Qualities:
    • Proficient in spoken Gujarati, English and Hindi.
    • Interested in building a Career in the Financial Education Market.
    • Outspoken, Ability to communicate effectively with others.
    • Willingness to Learn.
