Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide career counseling to students based on their interests, skills, and goals.

    • Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structures for different programs.
    • Guide students through the application, registration, and admission process.
    • Maintain accurate student records and track enrollment numbers.
    • Follow up with prospective students to ensure successful admissions.
    • Collaborate with training institutes, universities, and colleges for student admissions.
    • Drive student enrollments to achieve monthly and annual targets.
    • Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling.
    • Promote various educational programs through online and offline marketing strategies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions.
    • Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporate clients for student outreach.
    • Conduct seminars, webinars, and workshops to educate prospective students about available courses.
    • Stay updated on new educational trends, certifications, and training programs.
    • Conduct market research to understand student demands and competitor offerings.
    • Provide feedback to the management on course improvement and new training initiatives.
