Job Description

    As an Engineer- Verification and Validation at Eaton India Innovation Center in Pune, India, your role will involve:- Understanding product requirements and writing manual complex features test cases.- Creating automation test scripts for embedded systems running on Linux platforms for Circuit Protection products such as Relays and Meters.- Conducting web scraping using Python-selenium and having knowledge of the PyTest framework.Qualifications required for this position are:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronics, E&TC, or Instrumentation engineering.- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.Key Responsibilities:- Strong understanding of testing web applications.- Experience in both manual and automated testing.- Proficiency with Selenium, Python, and various frameworks for test automation.- Hands-on experience in QA processes and concepts.- Excellent at identifying and writing complex test cases.- Exposure to nonfunctional testing like performance testing.- Ability to bring innovative ideas and drive innovation.- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, CI/CD would be advantageous.Additional Details:- Skills required include web application testing, creating test plans and test cases, Python Selenium scripting, testing embedded devices, knowledge of STLC, and hands-on experience with Github.- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective communication with customers and technical staff.,
