1) Sr. Frame Design Engineer- 5hidden_mobile AEDWith technical knowledge of chassis structures, frame, cross member, casting, and all the types of bracket, Develop design solutions using SolidWorks, Support design activities on major vehicle projects and production issues, Release and maintain engineering drawings and BOM using engineering processes, Deliver technical solutions through calculation, design & development.2) Research & Development Engineer- 4hidden_mobile AEDWill be responsible for research and development in the areas of trucks design for the manufacture of future generations of trucks. The position will involve applying and extending the latest understanding of the mobility technology to meet the challenges of the fast development of trucks market Key Responsibilities may include: Lead new designs and materials with the Design Team, Application and development of material and process analysis and monitoring metrology, Identification and deployment of advanced technologies and designs for trucks components, Manage the execution of new designs and material requirements, analyzing test data obtained from these prototypes and providing feedback and design learning to the team, Application and development of test strategies and methods.3) Design Engineer (with experienced in Exterior / Interior Trim)- 3hidden_mobile AED1-3 years of relevant experience in the design of automotive cabin or trim componentsCreate accurate 3D models and 2D drawings of cabin trim parts using industry-standard CAD toolsConduct and support design feasibility studies, considering manufacturability, assembly, and serviceabilityCollaborate with suppliers for part development, prototyping, and validation activities.Ensure all designs meet applicable safety, ergonomic, and vehicle design standards.Assist in selecting appropriate materials (plastics, composites, metallic) for trim components.Support testing and validation processes and compile technical documentation.Participate in design reviews and maintain detailed design records.4) Technical Documentation Specialist ( Automotive)- 3hidden_mobile AEDTechnical Expertise: Act as a technical authority within your field of expertise. Provide insights, guidance, and problem-solving for complex engineering challenges. Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering projects. Assist in project planning, execution, and troubleshooting to ensure successful outcomes. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including reports and specifications. Convey complex engineering concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assessments to ensure compliance with engineering standards. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.5) BOQ Controller 2500 - 3700 AED Oracle and Excel Proficiency: Well-versed in operating Oracle and Excel for data management and analysis. Product Descriptions: Create detailed product descriptions for newly acquired components. Item Code Creation: Coordinate with the planning department to create item codes for new components. Engineering Collaboration: Interface with engineering as necessary to troubleshoot inaccuracies in bill of materials. ERP Navigation: Utilize our ERP system to analyze material availability and determine expected material receipt dates.6) Auto Electrician 1200 - 3000 AEDMust have high knowledge in automotive manufacturing, control unit installation, CAN BUS J13939 & J1708 circuits installation, Able to determine established assembly methods, Able to use of diagnostic tool & electrical Equipment.7) Mechanic Technician (Diesel & Hydraulic) 1200 - 2700 AEDminimum one of the following experiences is required: Able to install complete Pneumatic Brake System, electronics brake system components (EBS), pneumatic Brake System components, power pack, engine, transmission, axles, transfer case, shafts, cooling system, and suspension system for heavy-duty trucks.8) Automotive Painter 2000 - 3500 AEDKnowledge of painting process and sequences;Handling the thinner, hardener, reducer, Good knowledge of degreasing applicability and Primer Coating.Create database of paint trackerAble to operate the paint booth, able to mix the paint along with given ratio.9) Machine Operator (Waterjet/Shot Blasting) 1500 - 3000 diploma. ITI with experience in Waterjet cutting CNC machine programming knowledge is required Waterjet machine equipment process knowledge. To Operate waterjet machine.
