Job Description

    Education Background: Preferred MBA/CA/CMA. Strong Knowledge on accounts and Finance is MandatorySkill set: ( on premise & Cloud) Expert in EPM cloud. Knowledge of On-premise will be added advantage.
    • Overall 8 years of experience
    • Hyperion: Planning & Budgeting, Essbase, Data, FDMEE
    • EPM Cloud: Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce Planning, Capital Asset Expense, Financial Statements / reports, Cost Management and Profitability, Financial Consolidation and Closure, Account Reconciliation (Implementation experience to 3 products is mandatory)
    • Minimum 5 End to end implementation. Solution Architect experience will be preferred.
    • Have worked in Hyperion earlier and currently working on SaaS cloud
    • Strong Knowledge Accounts and Finance is Mandatory.
    • An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of Oracle EPM solutions.
    • Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.
    • Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle EPM to meet customer needs.
    • Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
    • Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.
    • May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members.
    • Effectively consults with management of customer organizations.
    • Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
    • Provide pre-sales support in terms of EPM.
    • Provide expertise in building innovative solutions for EPM scope.
    • Demonstrate professional communication skills including presenting in front of clients, client workshops and regional events;
    • Development of proposal content, articulation of methodology, and formal written deliverables.
    • Coach, mentor and train junior consultants.
    • Network and Collaborate by sharing knowledge and best practices within the team and cross lines of business.
    • Should have experience in working for various customers across the Global.
    • Should be ready to travel abroad for project works.
