Job Description

    About The Company:Aras client is a leading IT solutions provider, offering Applications, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Infrastructure services globally through a combination of technology knowhow, domain, and process expertise.The Role:ETL Pentaho developerKey Responsibilities:As an ETL Pentaho Developer looking the candidate who need to have in-depth technical knowledge as a Pentaho ETL developer and should feel comfortable working within large internal and external data sets and design, development, and implementation of large - scale projects.Skills Required:
    • Experience in OLAP and OLTP and data warehousing and data model concepts
    • Strong SQL knowledge
    • Having good experience in Vertica, Oracle, Denodo and similar kind of databases
    • Having good experience in Splunk is plus
    • Excellent data analysis skills
    • Need to have in-depth technical knowledge as a Pentaho ETL developer and should feel comfortable working within large internal and external data sets
    • Experienced in Design, Development, and Implementation of large - scale projects in financial industries using Data Warehousing ETL tools (Pentaho)
    • Experience in creating ETL transformations and jobs using Pentaho Kettle Spoon designer and Pentaho Data Integration Designer and scheduling
    • Proficient in writing Confidential - SQL Statements, Complex Stored Procedures, Dynamic SQL queries, Batches, Scripts, Functions, Triggers, Views, Cursors and Query Optimization
    • Working knowledge of source control tools such as GitLab
    • Good Analytical skills.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • A bachelors degree
    • Minimum 7 years experience
