Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:This job role includeshandling all documents related to pre and post shipments and High Seas Sales. Proper filing of import documents and Co-ordination with different depts. / agencies like CHA, Shipping Lines, CFS, Transporters, Accounts etc. to make the flow easy for customers.
    1. Responsible for all duty, customs forex and tax functions.
    2. Responsible for the execution of importdocumentationrequirements for shipments, which include Letter of Credit shipments, commercial invoices, etc. and data entry for all shipments.
    3. Ensure that alldocumentationmeets importregulations.
    4. Arrange transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule.
    5. Maintaining a record of all outstanding purchase orders with external vendors.
    6. Follow up with shipping lines for consignment status, CHA for clearing goods status
    7. Checking charges levied by bank, concor, shipping line etc.
    8. Checking any discrepancies in the documents, invoices, price, qty etc.
    9. Vendor / Customer follow up & Shipment follow up
    10. Duty calculation
    11. Customs clearance and co-ordination with CHA
    12. They should effectively liaise between the seller and the clients.
    13. Office job only. Travelling not required.
    Experience: 3 4 Year.
