Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:As a Field Sales Executive , you will be responsible for:
    1. Approaching colleges around the city to engage with deans, HODs, and TPOs, showcasing the value the organization provides to students.
    2. Conducting career sessions, events, and webinars to introduce students to new-age career programs.
    3. Counseling final-year students and unemployed graduates on career planning, demonstrating how the organization can help in their career development.
    4. Highlighting the effectiveness and uniqueness of the organizations learning model.
    5. Managing the sales process, including product demonstrations, closing sales, and post-sales relationship management.
    What We Are Looking For:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation abilities.
    • Dedication and a hardworking attitude.
    • Sales experience in EdTech or field sales is advantageous.
    • Proven success in sales roles.
    • Ability to listen actively, build rapport, and establish trust with potential learners.
    • A disciplined approach to sales funnel management, tracking feedback, and exceeding targets.
    • Willingness to travel and work in the field with a passion for achieving sales goals and incentives.
