    About RoleAs a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts. Your primary focus will be on selling products or services to other companies and organizations.     • Identify andpursuenewbusinessopportunitiesbyresearchingandreachingouttopotentialclients
    • Develop andmaintainrelationshipswithexistingclients, andprovideexceptionalcustomerserviceto ensure repeat business and referrals
    • Meet andexceedsalestargetsthrougheffectivesalesstrategiesandtechniques
    • Understand clientsneedsandtailorproposalsandpresentationstomeetthoseneeds
    • Negotiate contractsandpricingwithclientstoensureawin-winsituation
    • Stay up-to-datewithindustrytrends,competition,andmarketconditionstoprovidestrategicinputon sales and marketing initiatives
    • Collaborate withinternalteamssuchasmarketing,product,andoperationstoensuresmoothexecutionof sales strategies
    • Maintain accuraterecordsofallsalesactivities,includingcustomerinteractionsandsalescontracts
    • Attend industryconferencesandeventstonetworkandgeneratenewbusiness opportunities
    Requirements
    • Any Bachelors Degree Holder
    • Proven trackrecordofsalessuccess,preferably2yearsinB2B Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
    • Strong negotiationandclosingskills
    • Self-motivated anddriventoachievetargetsandgoals
    • Ability toworkindependentlyandaspartofateam
    • Proficiency inMicrosoftOfficeandCRMsoftware
    • Willingness totravelasneededtoattendconferencesandmeetclients
