    Job Description Field Sales Executive (Welding Industry)Job Title: Field Sales Executive Industry: Welding Consumables / Welding EquipmentJob SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales and business development for welding consumables, welding equipment, and related industrial products. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, and industrial sectors.Key Responsibilities
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
    • Promote and sell welding consumables, welding electrodes, welding wires, welding machines, and related products.
    • Conduct regular visits to fabrication units, manufacturing plants, engineering companies, and industrial customers.
    • Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, fabricators, contractors, and end customers.
    • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance to customers.
    • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable welding solutions.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
    • Prepare sales reports, visit reports, and market intelligence updates.
