Job Description

    Job Title:Feet on Street Digital & Fintech ProductsJob Location:PAN IndiaJob Summary:We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented individuals to promote and sell digital and fintech products such as FASTag, NCMC prepaid cards, and POS machines. The role involves field marketing, customer acquisition, and onboarding of merchants.Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell digital/fintech products including FASTag, NCMC prepaid cards, and POS machinesIdentify and approach potential customers and merchants in assigned areasOnboard new merchants for POS machine installationEnsure activation and proper usage of POS machines and prepaid productsEducate customers on product benefits and usageAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targetsMaintain records of customer interactions and sales activitiesCoordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolutionEligibility Criteria:Education: 12th is mandatoryExperience: 1 year of experience in sales/marketing preferredAge: 20 - 32Skills Required:Good communication and interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge of digital payment systems and fintech productsAbility to work in field and meet targetsCustomer-focused approachBasic smartphone handling and reporting skillsSalary & Benefits:Salary as per Minimum WagesAttractive incentives based on performanceOther benefits as per company policyWorking Conditions:Field-based roleTravel within assigned territory required
