Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily financial operations of bank-related activities, ensuring accurate processing of transactions and reporting. Handle and monitor monthly activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and issues are addressed promptly. Prepare and update process notes by working closely with stakeholders to document changes or updates in procedures. Assist in auditing processes, working with various agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Prepare MIS (Management Information System) reports as needed, based on managements requirements. Manage and perform reconciliations between internal systems and external banking teams, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies. Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to support process improvements and operational efficiency.Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Good working knowledge of Excel and basic understanding of financial operations. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to manage complex data and ensure accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to interact with both internal and external teams. Eager to learn about financial processes and operations in the banking and credit card sector.,
