Job Description

    Hiring Fraud AnalystEligibility: Bachelors degree with 1 year of experience in Fraud Investigation, Chargeback, Arbitration, or dispute resolution. Good communication skills (verbal and written) are required.Package: Up to 6.10 LPAJob Location: Pune (onsite)Job Responsibilities:
    • Provide support to various business areas in daily initiatives, including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and resolving issues.
    • Collaborate with teams across the bank to ensure operational processes are aligned and integrated.
    • Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to operational processes.
    • Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain efficiency.
    • Prepare and present reports on operational performance, and communicate findings to senior internal stakeholders.
